So hey, about that rescue...
This is going up about a day later than it should have. Sorry, figuring out what we needed to do was a bit of a hiccup.
As far as I know, the following characters are going on the rescue.
Colin
Katherine
Rob
Frisk
Ixie
Ammy
Rita
If anyone else wants in, now's the time to speak up!
As for what we're going to do... How about three sub threads?
One for the Drawbridge, one for the stairs, one for the walkway.
Because puzzle solving IC is a bit time consuming, and we are on the clock, we can probably gloss over the difficult stuff. Mostly, this'll be for interactions and any exciting drama in the middle of this rescue.
People NOT on the rescue... do you guys forsee your groups clearing your rooms? Or will the rescue team need to get there in the middle of trouble?
People ON the rescue... You've got a harder fight, but you've also got a much faster time. You don't have to worry about the goo, and you're all much more organized and know what you need to do.
I personally think it's a toss-up on who's going to get people out first, but I'm open to suggestions/thoughts!
Unless anyone says otherwise, I'll definitely toss up a drawbridge post here soon. (I think that's the one with the jumping puzzles?) After that, the party will need to split to get to each of the stranded groups. Suggestions on splits would also be welcome so we can get that moving faster.

So probably likely to come across them outside their room trying to figure out the next one?

But that may not be what you're asking?

Besides him, I think the Arthur-mun said their character will be assisting in that area.

If there's any jumping puzzles though, he'll have to hang on to Golurk and/or Sigilyph since... he can't jump well. Old man with a bad knee is not cut out for this shit.
Edit: Okay who (in group 1) is up for AZ pushing them out of the way of the goop? He'll probably be able to throw his Pokemon in Pokeballs and shove the bag at someone (Zuko?), but. Yes. Volunteers?
A note about possible Shadow encounters.
Papyrus can be tricky to fight, and as a Shadow is reliably without mercy. Sans will offer pointers on how to put him out of his misery if characters run into him.

THAT SAID, there could be some fun there.

You guys do have a lot of firepower once y'all get together.

[Unless I missed something with dead people shadows, I wouldn't put it past me.]no subject
As for the rescue team, I think being organized/well-equipped means that they're mostly good against the shadows? I feel like the main thing we need to work out is our timeframe and how long it'll take to push far enough, considering we probably lost a few IC hours just getting out the proverbial door. Basically, I figure we need the "yes" or "no" from the missing groups on whether they'll need our help or not, and then from there we'll have the pieces to work out our timeframe?

I'm not at all suggesting that we handwave the event, but in the interest of continuity/not letting things get hung up ICly, maybe we could have a death/survival roll call? That way, if players want to start new posts/threads that take place later in the month, they have a vague idea of the overall outcome and can dance around the other details until we iron them out.

EDIT: Arthur also died though it's not on there yet
(DOCUMENT UR DEATHS GUYS)

...
That, that reminds me.
Frisk needs to see Colin combat dancing. I don't know if he noticed the first time. XD What with the whole "Angel of Death" thing he had going on.

Rob also has a variety of other potions and poisons on him, including ones that boost certain types of magic, restore magical power, and shield against certain types of damage.
Comment here if your character is taking any so I know how many he has left.

Of course, being the representation of light itself, she can call forth the Sun (as well as flames from her solar reflector and summon one humongous ball of flame via her celestial brush skills) to drive back the shadows if anyone's having an especially difficult time. Her canon is also filled with various puzzles and the like so she's well versed on how to solve quite a few of them.
Basically what I'm saying is, she can be available for anyone wherever and however needed, though her main concern will be making sure Frisk doesn't end up hurt while on rescue duty.
