Cisco is a very energetic, intelligent mechanical engineer with a knack for naming superheroes, building them tech, hacking, and naming supervillains. He's a really fun, kindhearted guy, if young and kinda impulsive, and there's more info in the app on his journal if you'd like to know more!

I mean. Sophie here is a sweet girl that looks to be about 14 maaaaybe, and will be coming fresh out of the butt of a Rockgagong. It was the only way! from Tales of Graces and while the people that look after her helpfully clear up any confusion she has because she knows nothing Jon Snow, there are still a great deal of things she's likely to be confused on. What with the amnesia and all.

WHAT'S UP ALL YOU SEXY PEOPLE

My name's Kaiya, and I'm here with Wade Wilson from the Deadpool series. You probably already know who he is from the really awesome movie that came out two months ago, but just in case you haven't what the hell is wrong with you here's a little bit of context: /deep breath

Wade here's a mercenary-turned-failed genetic experiment from Weapon X, a scientific military program designed to create genetically enhanced living weapons. All Wade got out of the deal was a healing factor far more advanced than any normal human, so he can withstand any amount of pain, trauma or injury without dying from it. Sadly, all that invincibility went to his head and he's kinda sorta really batshit crazy as a result of it. (That might just be the accelerated widespread cancer in his system, though-- did I mention his healing factor doesn't discriminate between healthy cells and cancer-ridden cells?)

He'll also be coming with memories from Haven, a horror game that ran from 2012 - 2015 (rip never forget) so expect a heapin' helping of PTSD as a result. Fun for the whole family! Now, he does tend to enact horrible unspeakable acts upon the fourth wall (don't worry, they have an understanding) so I've put up this handy Permissions Post for people who wanna opt in/opt out of that.

Hey, it's Matt! I play a grandpa (gianthobo for the newbies), and now I have brought you... a Kamen Rider.

Mutsuki here is from Kamen Rider Blade and is a nervous kid who got possessed by Spider Undead. Undead are basically monsters from his canon that can't die, only get sealed, so uh. All the nonhumans will probably make him nervous until he gets used to it.

Anyway he's not possessed now but he does have cards that help him transform. His title is Kamen Rider Leangle and Blade has both a playing card and a tarot thing going on which I can ramble at you about later.

Your friendly neighborhood Dawn here, playing a pun-loving prankster / existentially nihilistic skeleton by the name of Sans from a game SURELY NONE OF YOU HAVE EVER HEARD OF cough cough Undertale cough, with some helpful new information that will be important for your characters to have!

In addition to your conversation with Ozuma, in the Altar Room (where you appear) is a crate of cellphones (think iPhone-like touchscreen smartphones). With it is a sign which reads:

Rita created a prototype that would work with a magical network here, Zuko supplied a Favor to get many duplicates made, and Sans did a lot of coordinating to pull donations together to get this project going. Thanks to these players for helping make this happen!

==================== BUT WHAT DOES IT DO ======================

I'll just copy-paste the rest, because I can be about as lazy as my character sometimes:

CELLPHONES - When a new user touches a cellphone, it will prompt them to enter their name, automatically entering them on the contacts directory (accessible to all users). It will then automatically take the user through a tutorial on how to make calls, set ring tones, take basic pictures, and text each other/use the contacts directory.

These phones magically auto-translate, just like writing/speaking here does.

Eventually there will be a program that reads to you and allows you to convert speech to text for the sight impaired, clumsy typists, or for illiterate characters (when the appropriate parties realize there's a need).

A map is in progress, too (THANKS, Rob and Katherine!) and programmer types may absolutely create and distribute apps for these phones! Please hit me up and we can chat.

On the home screen there are options to call, text/check messages, bring up the contacts directory, adjust settings, and... a red panic button?

WHAT DOES THE PANIC BUTTON DO? It blasts out message to all nearby users in case of shadow attacks, which will require you tap it three times in rapid succession to confirm you really want to do this, to prevent accidental false alarms. (This option is meant to enable players to come together for logs/threads and stuff. I have a copy of the HTML formatting for the broadcast if you ever need it, example of it in use here.)

These phones can also hold music!

REPAIRING/REPLACING YOUR PHONE - Sorry, if it got damaged or lost, you can't just pick up a new one from the crate, it will detect that you're already registered to the directory. Instead, try asking Ozuma to do you a Favor, he'll usually ask for something in return, like helping out with an errand or a quest.

CHARGING YOUR PHONES - Thanks to the efforts of a few enterprising scientists, the heroes have a new source of electrical power. This generator, while its high-capacity battery is currently fully-charged, can be refueled by directing any form of energy -- magical, mundane fire, high intensity light, electricity (but why would you), chi, heck you could even punch the receptacle for kinetic energy but then it'd need repairs and Sans would short sheet your bed or fill it with slimy substances like shaving cream or mayo for a month -- the machine will then convert it to usable electricity and store it in the battery. It has a display panel showing the battery's current energy levels, and a bunch of other monitoring information that probably won't make sense unless you've got a doctorate in quantum physics.

You can find this generator neatly tucked away in the Altar Room (where you first show up) between two sarcophagi, humming away quietly.

HOW IT WORKS - it employs simple energy transfer, which means your phones are passively recharging (without needing to be plugged in) while you remain in range. What's in range? Basically, the Mess Hall and Residential Rooms, and places like the Infirmary. The machine DOES have a cable to allow characters like Mettaton to charge themselves up at a faster rate, but any such characters will need their ports adapted to fit the plug, which may require some invasive study into your character's technology. Seek out Sans, Alphys, or Colin to have such a port installed.

SOCIAL NETWORKING? Alphys has been programming a social networking site for the characters, which will be going live very soon with a special report by our local sexy rectangle (who is more Friend Shaped™ these days), Mettaton. I think Rob also got some online storage space for us too? I'll have to confirm, he's awesome though, so everyone go RP with him! In fact, RP with EVERYONE.

I've brought another.. not quite human in. Surprise surprise, he doesn't have long or white hair, its amazing-

Anyway, this is Shin-ah, the current Seiryuu in Akatsuki no Yona. Yes, he is a castmate of the fluffy dragon Zeno. He's about 18, incredibly shy, has only had a actual name for like 3 months, and he's a dragon warrior with the eyes of the blue dragon. Which means the rumors peg him as a medusa, the whole "don't meet his eyes or you'll be turned to stone" sort of thing, but that isn't true! Honest!

He'll still be wearing that mask of his, which.. doesn't have any eyeholes, for the curious. the dragon's eyes let him see through things.


Anyway, my other losers are Volga the grump dragon from Hyrule Warriors, Duke the au endboss from Tales of Vesperia, Daikaku the giant old man, and Zaveid the shirtless party dad. Zaveid actually has permissions I need filled out though-

HELLO, HELLO RAVEHNITES!! This is Roxy, player of Amaterasu (mamaterasu) and Norma Beatty (bubblywishes), bringing in her third character, jfc. This time it is Perona from One Piece! She is a bratty but sweet Goth girl with a sassy attitude and the power to create and control ghosts.

Said ghosts cause horrid depression in characters that touch a certain type she can create, which is usually played as a gag in canon, but I'll...be playing it both ways, as a gag and as a more serious matter, dependent on circumstance. |Db Since I don't want to cause any triggery things for those not interested in the more morose side of being "negative" as her ghosts are aptly called.

SHE WILL ALSO BE GETTING POKEMON!! Because Perona LOVES cute and spooky things. Combining the two together just makes her hyperventilate with glee, so yes,,,there is no way I would pass this up. Be prepared for her to be all up in your business if your pokemon is of the floofy poofy adoraboofy type or looks like it could reside in closets or under beds, huehuehue.

Hey this is Darkfeather and I'm bringing in my second character, Lance from the Pokemon games! I also play Yuri Lowell wolfstrike

He's a pretty cool guy and really likes dragons, and capes, and justice for Pokemon! So you guys better be treating your Pokemon nicely otherwise you'll have this guy to answer to! Lance is also the champion of the Indigo League of Kanto and Johto! So he's a really good trainer with some pretty strong Pokemon. He's coming in with only three Pokemon since that's all he had on him at his canon point. Coming with him is his favorite Dragonite, his unruly Charizard, and his gigantic Gyarados.
